Lottoland is a unique betting agency as it allows Aussies to bet on the outcome of a huge amount of lottery draws from around the world. They have had some issues with the Australian Government in recent months, but at the time of writing in June 2018 the site was fully operational and had no plans to stop trading. You can bet on lotteries on the move too, and to find out more you should read our Lottoland app review. We look at all the best features (as well as the worst!) so to find out more, just keep on reading!
Lottoland App Overview
When we review a betting app we always like the app layout and interface to mirror the betting agency’s desktop site. When we downloaded and opened the Lottoland mobile app we were immediately struck by the similarity to the Lottoland desktop site. The colour scheme is identical, the overall layout feels familiar and this adds massively to the user experience when betting on the outcome of lottery draws via the Lottoland mobile app.
You can bet on the same lotteries by using the Lottoland mobile app as you can on the desktop site and we think this is very important. You can also avail of all the same odds and special markets too, so you won’t miss out on any bonuses when you are wagering on the Lottoland mobile app. The layout is clear and simple with the main menu button in the top left-hand corner of the app landing page.
If you click on the main menu button you will bring up sub-menus for All Lotteries, Daily Lotteries, Special Jackpot, Super Keno, Syndicates, Refer a Friend and you can also access account information and a record of all transactions. You can bet on the outcome of monster lotteries like MegaMillions, US Power and Euromillions on the Lottoland mobile app. We will discuss all of the above features in a lot more detail below, so to find out more just keep on scrolling.

How Easy Are Lottoland Mobile Apps To Use?
At first glance, the Lottoland mobile app might seem complicated, but once you become familiar with it the app is pretty easy to use. As we discussed earlier, the layout and colour scheme is fairly similar to the Lottoland desktop site and that is always helpful. The Lottoland mobile app works smoothly across all platforms, so when it comes to functionality we had no complaints.
We were also delighted to find all the same lottery draws available for customers to bet on across the desktop and mobile platforms. These include US Power ($662 million Jackpot*), MegaMillions ($314 million) and Euromillions ($150 million). However, it is important to note that if you match all the correct numbers for the above lotteries you don’t get paid by the organisation that runs the lottery, you get paid by Lottoland.
So, you have opened an account with Lottoland and you want to place a bet. Well, although it might seem confusing at first, it is actually quite a simple process. Click on the main menu bar, then choose either daily or weekly lotteries from the sub-menu. Once you find the lottery you want to bet on you can choose from a variety of wager types.
First, you must choose the draw you want to enter if there is more than one, and you can use the ‘Quickie’ option to bet on multiple draws with Lottoland choosing your numbers. You can also choose the duration of your bet and this allows you to bet on a set amount of draws over a certain period of time. Once you choose the option that suits you best simply enter your payment details and then hit ‘Pay And Bet’.
*Payout as a 30-year annuity or discounted lump sum at Lottoland’s election, and also subject to 35% reduction as per T&C’s.
Lottoland Mobile App Features
Lottoland Mobile App: Syndicates
Lottery syndicates are massively popular across the globe, and you can become part of a lottery betting syndicate by using the Lottoland mobile app. Simply click on the main menu button, then select ‘Syndicates’ from the sub-menu. Here you will find a list of all of the most popular lottery betting syndicates with a range of price options available to suit any budget. If you want your dollars to go further and increase your chance of placing a winning lottery bet, then the Lottoland Syndicate feature is well worth checking out.
Lottoland Mobile App Deposit Options
As is the case when you are opening an account with any betting agency, it is always prudent to check the available banking facilities. There is no point in signing up with a betting company if you cannot deposit or withdraw funds, and we like all the same banking options to be available across all platforms.
All the same banking facilities are available on the Lottoland mobile app and desktop site, although we were pretty disappointed with the limited range of options for depositing and withdrawing funds. For deposits you can use Credit/debit cards, POLi or Paysafecard. Funds can only be withdrawn by bank transfer, but remember to verify your account as you won’t be able to access your winnings until you do.
Lottoland Mobile App: The Verdict
The Lottoland mobile app is the only way that Aussies can bet on the outcome of lotteries around the world on their mobile devices. There are some undeniable negatives when it comes to using the Lottoland mobile app, including the limited banking facilities in comparison to other Aussie betting companies.
However, the Lottoland mobile app has plenty going for it too. You can bet on the outcome of some massive lotteries and the potential pay-outs dwarf what can be won on conventional betting sites. The Lottoland mobile app is well designed, works pretty smoothly and it is fairly easy to use. Overall, we thought the Lottoland mobile app was more than decent and if you want to start betting on lotteries on the move, the Lottoland mobile app gets the job done with the minimum of fuss.
